today netball training is not strenous la..
cos mr bok(coach) came and trained us..
train train train.. non-stop..
fer dunno how long den got one 3 mins break..
still gotta do the 1234 step thingie..
he oni observe us frm the way we do the straight shuttle..
den determine whu is beta.. den he oni care bot the green grp..
