Today's training is so slack till we only ran 5 rounds. Dont think Mr.Bok is kind, its just cause he's not there, and he asked chief ANGEL to lead our training. I felt lousy today, backache & stiff neck, & i can't defend.

I realise that I can never understand the male species cause they are really that weird. One moment they can be so dang nice, and the other moment, they treat you like shit. One big big big example is.. *drumroll please!*... not telling. Fine, Im lame.
